貓貓狗狗+珍禽異獸內外科診症服務，包含【普通門診】、【身體檢查】（驗血、X-ray、超聲波、CT等檢查）【外科門診】（包含珍禽異獸骨科、貓狗骨科、子宮蓄膿、腫瘤切除、導尿、 外傷等）
另設有【物理治療】部門，包含寵物針灸、雷射Laser、紅外線治療等。醫生持有國際寵物針灸師證書。
本院設有【住院留醫服務】，不同物種設有不同病房，珍禽異獸甚至設有不同溫度病房，因應所有物種。
